Group CEO

Tomás Jervell is Nors’ CEO since 2006. Has a BSc Degree in Business Management from Universidade Portucalense and attended an Executive Advanced Management Program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Parallel to Nors activity, is a Non-Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Nomination, Remuneration and Evaluation Committee at Banco BPI, Member of the Supervisory Board at Porto Business School and Member of the Board of Directors at Ascendum S.A..

José Leite Faria
José Leite Faria
Chief Corporate Officer - CCO

Currently, José Leite Faria is a Chief Corporate Officer at Nors.  Engineer in the field of Hortofruticulture, studied at the University of Algarve, and attended a Business Administration and Management Program at Porto Business School in 2007. Having started his career at Nors in 1998, as a process analyst at Auto Sueco, he held positions in the Group’s International Area and Business Development. He became a Member of the Board of Directors in 2006, and serves as a Member of the Executive Board.

Chief Operating Officer - COO

Jorge Guimarães started his career at Nors in 1978, the year he finished his degree in Automotive Engineering and Administration at the College of Aeronautical and Automobile Engineering in Chelsea. In 1990, he completed the Post-Graduation in Management at UCP, and was also invited to take over as General Manager of Auto Sueco Braga. 4 years later, he became a member of the Management Council. In the meantime, he assumed the role Chief Operating Officer at Nors, a role that he holds in parallel with that of Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board.

Chief Operating Officer - COO

Francisco Ramos is Nors’ Chief Operating Officer. With a diverse experience within the Group, specifically in Auto Sueco Group, has a BSc Degree in Business Management at the University of Porto, an Executive Education at Harvard Business School and an Executive Education at INSEAD. Simultaneously, he is a Member of the Executive Board and of the Board of Directors at Nors.

Chief Corporate Officer - CCO

Júlio Rodrigues is Nors’ Chief Corporate Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Graduated in Marketing Management at the Portuguese Institute of Marketing Management, complemented his training with an MBA at EU Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in Automotive Distribution Management at the UCP. Joined Nors in 2001, taking over as Volvo Heavy Parts Product Manager. In 2007, assumed as Director of Parts of Origin of the former U.N. Components and, between 2009 and 2012, performed functions in the General Administration of Civiparts. In 2012, he becomes a member of the Executive Board.

Chief Financial Officer - CFO

Rui Miranda is Nors’ Chief Financial Officer since 2009. With a BSc Degree in Business Management and Administration and a MSc in Finance both at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, started his career as a Credit Risk Analyst at Finibanco. In 1999, boarded Auto Sueco as an Accounts Receivable Manager and in 2005 became Managing Director at Civiparts. 2009 also marked his beginning as Member of Board of Directors and Executive Board at Nors.

Ana Peneda
Ana Peneda
Chief People Officer - CPO

Ana Peneda has a degree in Work and Corporate Psychology from the University of Porto and a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the Portuguese Catholic University. In 2008 she completed an Executive MBA in Management, at Porto Business School, and participated, in 2015, in the Strategic Management Program, at Católica Lisbon Business School/ Kellogg School of Management. Ana has vast experience in managing teams and HR projects in multinational and multisectoral contexts. In 2021 she joined Grupo Nors as General Director of People and Communication, having assumed the role of Executive Board Member and Chief People Officer in 2023.
