Parts Counter Sales

I worked for Auto Sueco Corporation as a Technician Trainee where afterwards I graduated to a full time Technician. After one year in the post I was tranfered to Part Sales Department as a Parts Picker. With the experience i had achieved, I was promoted to Parts Counter Sales. Later on i joined Transol E.A Ltd  still as a Parts Counter Sales and also had an added responsibility for Warranty coordination.

I joined Nors 7 years ago as a Parts Counter Sales, then after 2 years was extended to be an external Parts Sales Representative and later on promoted as the Head of Part Sales where I was responsible for Warranties; Parts Order and Logistics. Currently still Heading Parts Sales and Wokshop Coordination.

Currently am the Parts Sales and Workshop Coordinator; Coordinating External Parts and Workshop Sales. The best achievement is the campaign I have been doing for the PENTA product and through this we as a company have achieved customers awareness of the products we support. There is also Introduction of Volvo VDS Engine oil in all the Volvo Products and due to the new oil Customers have realized its importance in regards to service maintenance of the products i.e. the long drain interval period. In SDGL Division, this being a new product in the market, i need to visualize customer support and effectiveness in our aftersales goals which will translate in a major sales turn around and customer trust on the product. In regards to Parts Orders and Logistics; ensure structures that will improve fast and effective orders; shipments dispatch and support and also the best cost cutting policies. I also manage the inventory by ensuring we have a healthy stock that will fulfill the customers' demands. One of the challenges met here is when it comes to logistics aspects where by importation policies change from time to time hence delay shipments affecting our supply to the end user. 

Since I joined NORS, my career has developed gradually in different perspective for example in administering and coordinating a team of  16 employees both in Parts and workshop Departments; Also attending various trainings enrolled and completed successfully have helped me to take great steps in my career development especially in Sales, Warranty, Workshop and administration.

In the first place, a professional challenge; personal challenge and responsibility for the development and leadership of a project that is innovative in the market place marked by differentiation and professionalism in our principle goals aimed at serving our customer and satisfying their needs.

One of my many hobbies is socializing; it has a positive impact in my life both personally and proffessional because I get to meet new faces, where we share business ideas and also challenges encountered in our industries. I also love playing hockey.
