Galius provides a Loyalty Programme with a multitude of increasing benefits on products and services

Galius, a company of the Nors Group, the official representative of Renault Trucks in Portugal, has just launched the GROW UP loyalty programme, devised to provide its customers with a series of unique and exclusive advantages when they access its products and services.

Grow with us, benefit with us is the governing principle of its entire conceptual development, meaning that the more the customer accesses its products and services, the more privileges they will find, and the relationship will be strengthened.

The model incorporates four different, progressive loyalty levels called Start, Classic, Prestige and Titanium, with differentiating and increasing benefits. Differentiation is assured not only through the special discounts and bonuses, but also through a high service level and personalised follow-up, targeted at customers’ real needs. The advantages of the GROW UP programme include offers, discounts, travel, prior access to campaigns, exclusive services and training. A Titanium customer, the highest loyalty level, will have access to the full range of benefits foreseen in the programme, including an exclusive answering line for ordering parts, as well as being able to enjoy priority workshop access for services taking less than two hours.

Every year, the GROW UP programme will be revised, aiming to include new customers and reposition customers in a new segment, depending on the performance throughout the year in the categories of purchasing volume, degree of loyalty and purchase of strategic products.

In the initial phase, the programme is valid for customers from the area of activity of the Galius Porto, Lisbon and Santarém after sales dealers, although every effort is being made to extend it to the entire network of after sales dealers, with a view to reaching all customers nationwide.
